We co-ordinate all project stages, including the architectural and structural design, planning permission, building works with building control approvals. We ensure all relevant certificates are obtained and, upon completion, a full work warranty package is provided.

Over the last 5 years, our company managed to deliver over 150 projects, so we have plenty of relevant experience to share with you and use in your project. Every project is unique and requires a high level of attention to detail. Constructing a great structure isn’t enough, it’s the finish that everybody looks and talks about. We especially take pride in all our works so that product has a distinct feel that is reflected across all of our projects.

Once a free site survey has taken place at your property and a discussion about your project expectations did, you will receive the detailed quote with all associated costs to complete your project. A full quote will be provided including competitive costs for architectural and structural services, windows and glazing systems, bespoke joinery if requested.

Builders Team Ltd., as a contractor, will take care of complete project delivery. No subcontractors, one contract with flexible milestone payments will be scheduled. Our full warranty package will be provided at the end of the project.

Excellent finish project comes from excellent management. The full project management is carefully planned with our team and the system that we have worked and build over the years. That is why our projects managers provide a full project schedule of works that breaks down the project into simple weekly targets, making it clear to all our clients what to expect and help to follow the project. Communications and regular progress meetings will behold to oversee the entire project from start to finish, making sure that every little detail is exactly how it should be.
